New Business Cards
I just designed+finished making a brand new set of name/business/calling cards for Paper Exploits!
This has been on my To Do list for a long time now, ever since I ran out of them during my last booth! That also means I’ve had quite a while to mull over the new design. And I have to say, there’s nothing like an upcoming booth to kick-start the process!
I knew I wanted to stick to the circle shape that I had the last time, but I wanted it smaller. I also wanted to put some colour into it, without making it look too girlyfied, but still maintaining the craftiness of Paper Exploits. It took a LOT of fiddling/meddling around with, but I eventually came up with quite a few versions and decided to go with this:
The paper’s also on lightly textured 150 gsm paper, which is a huge improvement from my first stab a few months ago! :] If I may say so myself, I am rather pleased with the outcome– it’s highly satisfying being able to make things yourself and not having to drop down money for a generic card (or lots of money for a unique one).
